About Valley’s Own™ Bakehouse

    We are delighted to announce that we have changed our name from Down In The Valley Bakehouse to Valley’s Own™ Bakehouse, effective January 2018. Our new name better reflects our passion for providing our own unique hand-crafted, natural and non-GMO gluten-free products.

Although our packaging and look has changed, we still use the same quality ingredients and recipes, and we have the same dedicated staff and ownership. Our packaging strengthens our brand and helps keep costs down by reducing our labor.

We appreciate your support of the products that you have come to trust and love, and we look forward to providing you with these products for years to come.

The Bakehouse is a dedicated gluten-free, state-of-the art commercial kitchen. It satisfies a growing need for gluten-free products produced in a safe facility with commitment to taste. In fact, the goal of the Bakehouse is to produce gluten-free baked goods that are so good everyone will want to eat them. All products are hand-crafted from ingredients that are carefully sourced:
